Responsibilities

Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide information about services and schedule appointments
Manage and nurture the service pipeline by following up with prospects and existing customers to maximize upselling opportunities
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and monitor sales progress

Assist in inventory management by coordinating with dealership teams to ensure availability of parts for client needs

Support outbound sales efforts through cold calling and outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously
Collaborate with service management and other departments to develop strategies for B2B (business-to-business) sales growth and client retention

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or customer service roles; dealership experience is highly preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products or services effectively
