Charlie Clark Nissan in Pharr, TX is seeking a Service BDC Representative to greet customers, schedule appointments, and liaise between customers and service advisors. A friendly, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership setting is encouraged to apply.

You will be the welcoming face and helpful voice, ensuring a smooth showroom flow and excellent customer experience. Bilingual Spanish required; prior auto industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-person and by phone with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with service advisors.
• Serve as liaison between customers and service advisors.
• Check in on showroom customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the lobby organized and welcoming.
• Work schedule: Mon–Fri 7am–6pm; Sat 7am–5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a smile
• Schedule appointments
• Act as a liaison between customers and service advisors
• Check up on customers in the showroom
• Help keep the lobby, organized, and welcoming
• MONDAY-FRIDAY 7AM- 6PM; SATURDAY 7:00AM-5:00PM

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service (auto industry is a plus)
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
