Job summary

Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join its busy service department. The role involves scheduling service appointments, managing the calendar, and communicating with customers by phone, chat, and email.

No prior dealership experience is required and training is provided. You will need excellent customer service, strong communication, basic Windows Office skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills for phone, chat, email.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows Office; quick learner of vendor portals.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and solid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
• Maintain service calendar and coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts/Rental.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on declined services and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Proactively contact existing customers to set up service/recall appointments.
• Follow up with customers on ordered/back-ordered parts and schedule receiving.
