Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Experience in high-volume call center or commission-driven roles is preferred.
• 2–3 years of high-level customer service or hospitality experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience by replying promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Use lead management tools and CRM to manage inquiries and track interest.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM accurately.
• Generate and schedule service appointments.
• Prepare reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Learn all products and services, including inventory, financing and incentives.
