Methuen CDJR in Methuen, MA is hiring a Service BDC Agent for an entry-level, in-person role at our brand-new state-of-the-art facility. You’ll handle inbound service calls, book appointments, and follow up with customers; no prior experience is needed—paid training is provided.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus bonus, with opportunities to move into higher roles as you grow within the service team. Join a growing, customer-first dealership environment.

Qualifications

• No dealership or BDC experience required, training provided.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Proficient with computers, email and texting.
• Reliable, punctual with flexible schedule.
• Positive, energetic, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to handle high call volumes.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound service calls promptly and professionally.
• Book service appointments in the scheduler based on customer needs and shop capacity.
• Confirm upcoming appointments by phone, text, and email the day before.
• Make outbound follow-up calls after each service visit (CSI follow-up).
• Execute outbound campaigns for recalls, declined services, maintenance reminders, and lost-soul re-engagement.
• Document every customer interaction accurately in the CRM / scheduler.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for appointments set, appointments shown, and contact rate.
• Partner closely with Service Advisors to keep the drive full and the schedule tight.
• Represent the Methuen CDJR brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude on every call.
