Methuen CDJR is hiring a Service BDC Agent for a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership in Methuen, MA. This entry-level, in-person role focuses on answering service calls, booking appointments, and following up with customers.

Paid training and a clear growth path within The Best Automotive Group are provided. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus bonuses based on appointments set, appointments shown, and CSI.

Qualifications

• No dealership experience required; training provided.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Comfort with computers, email, and texting.
• Must be 18 or older; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Methuen CDJR — part of The Best Automotive Group — is opening a brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in the heart of the Merrimack Valley, and we’re building our Service Business Development Center from the ground up. ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring Service BDC Agents — an entry-level, foot-in-the-door role at a brand-new store. You’ll answer inbound service calls, book service appointments, confirm existing appointments, and follow up with customers after their visit. We’ll teach you the process — your job is to show up, be great on the phone, and take care of our customers.

Pay: $15–$17 per hour plus bonus based on appointments set, appointments shown, and CSI. No prior experience required — paid training provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound service calls promptly and professionally
• Book service appointments in the scheduler based on customer needs and shop capacity
• Confirm upcoming appointments by phone, text, and email the day before
• Make outbound follow-up calls after each service visit (CSI follow-up)
• Execute outbound campaigns for recalls, declined services, maintenance reminders, and lost-soul re-engagement
• Document every customer interaction accurately in the CRM / scheduler
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for appointments set, appointments shown, and contact rate
• Partner closely with Service Advisors to keep the drive full and the schedule tight
• Represent the Methuen CDJR brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude on every call

QUALIFICATIONS

• No prior dealership or BDC experience required — we will train the right candidate
• Great phone presence and clear, professional communication
• Comfortable with computers, typing, email, and texting
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work a set schedule
• Positive, energetic, and customer-first attitude
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls without losing your cool
• Basic organization — you can manage a worklist and follow up on time
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 or older
