Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Call center or automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Confident, professional phone skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational habits.
• Goal-oriented while remaining team-focused.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales-focused calls.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, texts, and emails related to vehicle sales.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to new and unsold prospects.
• Set, confirm, and re-confirm sales appointments.
• Use proven call scripts and sales processes.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs to drive appointments.
• Accurately document all customer activity in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong appointment handoffs.
• Contribute to meeting sales goals for calls, appointments, and show rates.
