Toyotapasadena is seeking a Service BDC Agent in Pasadena, CA to answer customer calls promptly, determine concerns, and schedule appointments. You will collaborate with Service Advisors and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment.

• Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Work with Service Advisors to ensure all customers are scheduled efficiently and timely.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-up or to schedule maintenance due on vehicle.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Will problem solve and communicate with customers (written and verbal).
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Attend Training Sessions and Meetings as required.

The Service BDC Agent Roles has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation starting at $18.75. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
