Volkswagen of Puyallup is seeking a Service BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for our service department. You will schedule appointments, answer customer questions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Whether you have automotive experience or come from customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or a call center, we'd love to meet you. Join a friendly team and receive training to help you succeed.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders and follow-up.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to keep the shop running efficiently.
• Meet daily goals for appointments and customer satisfaction.
