Lithia & Driveway family dealership L0708 DCH Academy Honda is hiring a Service Porter in New Jersey. The role pays $16–$18 per hour, full-time with Saturdays required, and offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will move vehicles, prep them for delivery, assist the shuttle driver, and handle additional duties as assigned. Benefit-rich total rewards are available to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role; automotive experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.

• Prepare repaired vehicles for delivery; monitor and recognize general vehicle repairs.
• Assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years in a previous customer-facing role, automotive experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, and drive both manual and automatic transmissions

What You'll Do:

• Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support service department
• Prepare repaired vehicles for delivery; monitor and recognize general vehicle repairs i.e. exterior and/or interior cleaning, tire pressure of vehicles, air and fuel as needed
• Assist the shuttle driver as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
