Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Audi Minneapolis is seeking a Greeter/Runner to welcome clients, escort vehicles, and support the Service Drive team in a fast-paced dealership environment. This onsite, entry-level role reports to the Service Drive Lane Manager and helps move vehicles safely and efficiently.

You should have at least one year of customer service and a valid driver's license; mornings, Monday–Friday with full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your state of residence.
• Willingness to work with different departments and clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and escort vehicles to designated areas, ensuring a warm introduction to services.
• Move vehicles safely and efficiently, coordinating with service teams as needed.
• Maintain waiting areas and refreshment stations for a comfortable environment.
• Communicate client needs clearly to relevant personnel to meet service expectations.

The Runner role is an entry level opportunity to learn the ins and outs of dealership operations! The Greeter will report to the Service Drive Lane Manager and is an onsite position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Mornings 7:00AM start time) Full-time/Part-time available Rate: $17.00/Hour

What You'll do?

Driving is 80% of the role, involving safely greeting clients and moving their vehicles to and from designated areas with care.

Welcome and escort clients to the appropriate department or area, ensuring a warm introduction to our services.

Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the appropriate personnel, ensuring the team is fully informed and prepared to deliver the highest level of service.

Maintain, clean, and restock client refreshment stations and waiting areas, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment at all times

What you bring?

Total Rewards

This is an hourly position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes an hourly rate at $17.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
