Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a skilled backlog and project services coordinator in Ohio who will organize backlog information, forecast manpower needs, and assist with scheduling for startup and commissioning support. This role interfaces with program managers and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget deployments.

The candidate will manage purchase orders, track shipments, and maintain transactional records while upholding safety and quality standards in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and organize Service Backlog information.
• Forecast projection for manpower need.
• Strategic, short-term, and long-range schedule planning function
• Support activities and costs as related to project execution
• Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records, log sheets and/or trackers.
• Keep track of S&B spreadsheets for ship dates and move outs
• Process addendums, returns, claims, and investigate all material issues and discrepancies for resolution
• Perform all work with safety in mind and ensure that all safety measures are met
• Participating in webcast meeting on a monthly bases with contractors and PM organization.
