Job summary

We seek a detail-driven professional to track service backlog and forecast labor needs, coordinating POs with program managers and clients to ensure on-time deployments during startup and commissioning.

In this role you will organize information, monitor schedules, and support project costs while maintaining safety and quality standards across teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and organize Service Backlog information.
• Forecast projection for manpower needs.
• Schedule planning for short and long term needs.
• Support activities and costs related to project execution.
• Record and submit transaction logs and trackers.
• Maintain ship dates and move-outs tracking.
• Process addendums, returns, claims and resolve material issues.
• Ensure safety compliance in all activities.
• Participate in monthly webcast meetings with contractors and PM team.
