Job summary

Vertiv Co in Ohio is seeking a program/order coordinator to track Switchgear, Busbar and Project Services orders, and to build a backlog forecast and resource plan for startup and commissioning support. The role partners with internal and external clients to ensure timely deployment and accurate delivery information.

Responsibilities include organizing purchase orders with program managers and clients, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize assignments.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office and Oracle or similar business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and organize service backlog information.
• Forecast projection for manpower needs.
• Plan short-term and long-range schedules.
• Support activities and costs related to project execution.
• Record and submit periodic transaction records and trackers.
• Keep track of ship dates and move outs.
• Process addendums, returns, and investigate material issues.
• Maintain safety in all work performed.
• Participate in webcast meetings monthly with contractors and PM organization.
