Bergstrom Automotive is seeking a Service Assistant to welcome guests, support the service team, and assist with guest needs in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will help manage check-ins, paperwork, and communications with technicians and guests to ensure a smooth service experience.

Ideal candidates have a friendly, guest-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Employee benefits and growth opportunities are offered by Bergstrom Automotive.

Formación

• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests: welcome every guest with a friendly smile and assist with check-in for service appointments.
• Support the service team by organizing paperwork, updating records, and ensuring smooth communication with technicians and guests.
• Assist with guest needs: provide transportation options, shuttle guests, run loaner cars through the car wash, and answer inquiries.
• Complete service orders for used cars in collaboration with sales and service teams.

Annual income averaging $36,000-37,000.
