Job summary

Bergstrom Appleton Buick GMC in Appleton, WI is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to warmly greet guests, manage phones, and support front-desk operations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts, maintain a welcoming waiting area, and handle administrative tasks while earning competitive wages and weekend premiums.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in guest service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, correspondence) to various departments.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area; offer guests refreshments.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
