Job summary

Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a motivated Service Cashier to join our Service Administrative Team. The role handles customer payments, processes transactions, schedules appointments, and answers calls and emails in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will work a full-time rotating schedule (40 hours weekly), 7 am to 6 pm with lunch, and some Saturdays. We value teamwork, safety, and providing excellent customer service while advancing within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks and drug test.
• Valid driver's license required for conditional offer of employment.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to perform duties safely and accurately in a dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system.
• Receive and record payments (cash, checks, credit cards).
• Answer and transfer phone calls; schedule appointments.
• Respond to emails, texts, and chats promptly.
• Balance daily deposits and issue receipts.
• Close repair orders after payment and update records.
• Perform receptionist duties and follow safety policies.
