Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service visit. You will help customers understand maintenance and repair needs while keeping them informed from arrival to pickup.

In this role you will collaborate with technicians, provide transparent estimates, and deliver an exceptional service experience that fosters lasting relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, sales, account management, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the service experience.
• Listen to concerns and accurately identify vehicle service and maintenance needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
• Explain recommended maintenance and provide transparent estimates and timing.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and keep customers informed of status.
