Cavender Auto Family is seeking a Service BDC Associate to join our growing team in Texas. You will handle a high-volume call center, schedule service appointments, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, clean driver’s license, ability to pass background/drug screening, and availability 10 AM–7 PM, including Saturdays; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Available to work 10 AM – 7 PM, including Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high-volume inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Proactively schedule service appointments and manage recalls/campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
• Provide exceptional customer service with strong problem-solving and product knowledge.
• Screen inbound calls and convert them into scheduled appointments.
• Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
