Responsibilities include interacting with clients by phone, scheduling and confirming appointments based on requests and shop capacity, and maintaining the service calendar and customer database.

Qualifications

• Professional phone skills with a passion for customer service.
• Strong computer skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
• Reliable, organized, and team-focused.
• Prior customer service, call center, or dealership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients on the phone via inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately based on client requests and shop capacity.
• Manage the service calendar, log client information, and help maintain an accurate customer database.
• Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Support other team members with administrative duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly.
