Wright Nissan Buick GMC Lotus in Wexford, PA is seeking a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule and confirm service appointments, and maintain the customer database with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Professional phone skills with a passion for customer service.
• Strong computer skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
• Reliable, organized, and team-focused.
• Prior customer service, call center, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
