Kelly Nissan of Woburn is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator / BDC to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and solid computer skills to schedule service appointments and respond quickly to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat.

This full‑time role involves confirming appointments, advising on maintenance recommendations, and assisting service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone, email and chat after each appointment
• Actively listen to customers, answering questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
• Advise maintenance recommendations
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
• Assist with managing service loaner fleet
• Assist with daily scanning of reports
• Assist service advisors and service manager on daily tasks as needed
