Wright Buick GMC Lotus in Wexford, PA is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will greet guests, document concerns, and coordinate with technicians to communicate inspections, repairs, and maintenance needs.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service sales is preferred.
• Strong computer skills (CDK DMS/scheduling software is a plus).
• Must have a valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.

Requirements
