Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to service appointments and inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using CRM.
• Perform outbound follow-up for missed appointments and reminders.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service representing the dealership.
• Document customer interactions and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Managers to manage appointment flow.
• Notify management of dissatisfied customers and help resolve issues.
• Perform administrative duties to support BDC or Service Department.
