Job summary

Bobmooredodgechryslerjeep is seeking a Receptionist to support the daily operations of the dealership and serve as the first point of contact for customers. In this role you will answer phones, greet guests, route inquiries, and perform clerical tasks, with attention to security and safety, while representing the dealership in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively respond to inbound and outbound phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls from a multi-line telephone.
• Greet customers and direct them to the proper department in a timely manner.
• Notify the appropriate employee of a customer’s needs in a timely manner.
• Represent the Dealership in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties.
• Assist with projects on an as-needed basis.
• Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
• Enforce safety precautions specific to work area.
• Other responsibilities as assigned
