Job summary

Bob Moore Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Oklahoma City seeks a Mobile Service Coordinator to drive the mobile service program. You will call customers, coordinate technician routes, and ensure accurate repair orders and customer communications to maintain high CSI scores.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Call customers to network and grow our Mobile Service Business.
• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain customer approval.
• Coordinate daily routes for Mobile Service Technicians and pickups/deliveries.
• Notify technicians of incoming work and changes in estimates.
• Follow up on repair orders and ensure accurate documentation.
