Job summary

Ancira Auto Group is seeking a motivated Service Advisor for the Nissan I-10 @ Huebner Road location in San Antonio, TX. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering a high-quality service experience and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, but hospitality or service backgrounds are welcome. Schedule: Tue–Fri early shifts with alternating Saturdays. Benefits include health, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior Service Advisor experience preferred; hospitality or service-industry background considered.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record for insurability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the service intake process.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
• Clearly explain recommended services using dealership technology and tools.
• Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support future service needs.
• Deliver service experiences aligned with Ancira Auto Group standards.
