Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in the San Antonio area to be the primary contact between customers and the service department. You will document service needs, explain repairs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery, while delivering excellent customer service.

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly and effectively.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales performance goals.
