Job summary

You will join Young Automotive Group as a Service Advisor/Service Writer, acting as the liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure clear communication and outstanding service throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training required.
• History of solid and successful employment with good references.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior sales experience helpful.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data.
• Writes up customer vehicle problems on repair orders clearly.
• Advises customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications.
• References service history and inspects vehicles.
• Recommends additional needed service and provides cost estimates.
• Monitors repair progress and updates customers on changes in estimates or time.
