Young Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our team in Utah. We act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear communication and outstanding service throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training required.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival.
• Writes up customer’s vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair orders.
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
• Refers to service history and inspects vehicle.
