Young Automotive Group is hiring a Service Advisor / Service Writer to act as the liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear communication and outstanding service during repairs.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training required.
• History of solid and successful employment with good references.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior sales experience helpful.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data before arrival.
• Writes up customer vehicle problems on repair orders accurately.
• Advises customers on car care and maintenance per manufacturers’ specs.
• References service history and inspects vehicles.
• Provides a complete written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Keeps customers informed on progress and any changes to estimates or times.
