Kunes Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor for our One Location in Wisconsin. You will greet customers, capture vehicle information, and explain recommended services to ensure smooth service experiences.

You will translate customer concerns into actionable work orders for technicians, keep customers informed during the service process, and strive to maintain a high CSI rating while discovering opportunities to promote repeat business.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payments.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools.
• Driven personality, eager to improve and capable of supporting internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from receipt to release of their vehicles.
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed.
• Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
• Explain service being performed and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle.
• Stay up to date on new products, features and attend product training as required.
• Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness.
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.
• Craft goals and objectives for yourself, including an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new business.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.
