Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to repair descriptions, gather vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings with photos.
• Provide repair cost estimates and estimated completion times.
• Explain maintenance recommendations and manufacturer specifications to customers.
• Follow up on repair progress and deliver vehicles to customers.
