Sammons Warehouse Solutions in Alabama is seeking a customer service operations coordinator to connect customers with technicians, coordinate service calls, and keep everyone informed.

The role focuses on dispatching, tracking work orders, invoicing details, and collaborating with Service, Sales, Rental, Parts, and other teams to resolve issues quickly. A high school diploma and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma required; technical school or college education preferred.
• 5+ years of customer service, operations, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; service order, invoicing, or purchase order experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on schedules, skills, and customer needs while providing timely service updates.
• Monitor work orders, technician productivity, maintenance schedules, and service performance to keep jobs moving.
• Manage service documentation, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and customer approvals accurately and on time.
• Partner with Service, Sales, Rental, Parts, and other teams to support customers and resolve issues quickly.
