Community KIA of Bloomington is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, assess service needs, and coordinate repairs with our technicians. This in-person, full-time role emphasizes customer care and professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
• Perform vehicle inspections to determine necessary repairs and maintenance
• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer interactions
• Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Assist Team with duties
• Assist with Supervisory responsibilities
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the service department's workflow

Service Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm

Duties

Requirements

• Valid Indiana Drivers License
• Clean Driving Record
• Highschool Diploma / or equivalent
