Community Nissan of Bloomington is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and grow with us. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and provide estimates while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer interactions.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist team with duties and supervisory responsibilities.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the service department's workflow.

Service Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm

Duties

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs

• Assist with Supervisory responsibilities

Service or Sales experience

Requirements:

• Valid Indiana Drivers License
• Clean Driving Record
• Highschool Diploma / or equivalent
