Kia of Des Moines is hiring an Entry Level Service Advisor to greet customers, determine maintenance needs, and coordinate service with technicians. The role emphasizes friendly service, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude as part of our community-focused team.

You will monitor each vehicle's status, support promotions to increase profitability, and ensure ethical standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention and ability to focus amid interruptions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Iowa driver's license.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

Kia of Des Moines is seeking an Entry Level Service Advisor who will provide our customers with exceptional service and has knowledge of automobiles. Kia makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly, have a positive attitude, and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for general maintenance work
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions
• Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times
• Oversee and participate in quality control

Salary:$50,000 - $70,000 Annually

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Will submit to a drug and background screening
• 1-week Paid Vacation (after 1 year)
