Kia of Des Moines is seeking an Entry Level Service Advisor who will provide our customers with exceptional service and has knowledge of automobiles. This role emphasizes friendly service, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance in daily interactions with clients.

Responsibilities include meeting with customers to assess maintenance needs, updating them on progress, and supporting technicians while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Will submit to a drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for general maintenance work
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions
• Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times
• Oversee and participate in quality control

Salary:$50,000 - $70,000 Annually

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Will submit to a drug and background screening
• 1-week Paid Vacation (after 1 year)
