Job summary

You will provide timely updates and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience aligned with our dealership standards. Responsibilities include writing repair orders, communicating recommendations clearly, and collaborating with technicians and management to maintain workflow and ensure OEM compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
• Experience in a high-volume customer service environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and service software.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing trust and rapport.
• Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds and needs assessments.
• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and timelines.
• Provide timely updates throughout the repair process.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and professionalism.
• Promote a positive, consistent experience aligned with dealership standards.
• Serve as a communication bridge between customers, technicians, advisors and management.
• Write clear repair orders that reflect findings and concerns.
• Communicate recommendations effectively and ethically to customers.
• Collaborate with advisors to manage workflow and maintain efficiency.
• Escalate issues appropriately and participate in problem-solving with leadership.
• Follow dealership processes for repair orders, estimates, approvals, and delivery.
• Document customer information, vehicle concerns, and services performed.
• Manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure work is completed to standards and OEM requirements.
