Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the service drive and initiate automotive services and repairs.
• Determine costs and completion dates of repairs and services; communicate expected repair times to customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and start/finish repair orders; manage warranty and internal repairs.
• Delegate tasks to technicians and coordinate with the Service Manager to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain customer rapport and records; ensure transactions go smoothly to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell supplementary services when appropriate.
