Job summary

Hiley Volkswagen of Huntsville is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver a premier client experience in the service drive. You will perform walk-around inspections, document concerns for technicians, and coordinate repair estimates with the Parts team.

You will communicate status and timelines to customers, review MPI results, and recommend maintenance while maintaining high customer satisfaction. A professional appearance and strong work ethic are expected.

Qualifications

• Open availability, always off Sundays, rotate Saturdays.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Time management skills.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle walk around inspections with customers upon arrival.
• Accurately document customer concerns on the Repair Order to aid diagnosis.
• Coordinate with Parts to build accurate repair estimates.
• Keep customers updated on status, estimates, and timelines via phone, text, or email.
• Review MPI with customers and recommend maintenance and repairs.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure good service.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Take ownership of the customer experience from write up to vehicle delivery.
