Qualifications

• Previous European automotive service experience is a major plus.
• Experience with DMS like CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.
• Open availability with Sundays off, rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections with customers.
• Document customer concerns on the Repair Order (RO).
• Coordinate with Parts Department for accurate repair estimates.
• Keep customers updated on their vehicle status.
• Review Multi Point Inspections (MPI) and recommend maintenance.
• Provide support for all customer inquiries.
