You will conduct test drives, explain features, and promote warranty options while aiming to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of commissioned sales experience.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a performance-based environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools and technology.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the showroom, on the lot, and through digital leads.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Facilitate test drives and explain vehicle technology, safety features, and warranty options.
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Meet or exceed individual sales volume, gross profit, and performance objectives.
• Follow dealership sales processes and best practices to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and ensure timely submission of all required paperwork.
• Support dealership initiatives, promotions, and manufacturer programs.
