Morrie's Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, collect vehicle information, and coordinate repairs in our busy service department. You will inspect vehicles for bodywork, notify customers when work is needed, and provide clear estimates and timelines for completion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, collect problem details and vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and inform customers of needed work.
• Secure customer agreement, provide estimates and timelines.
• Advise on car maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Follow up on repair progress and communicate changes to customers.
• Refer leads to sales departments and assist the service manager.
• Adhere to safety procedures to minimize exposure to fumes and dust.
• Handle inquiries and return messages promptly.
• Deliver vehicles, explain charges and coverage.
