Qualifications

• Experience in auto service or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and strong organizational skills.
• CDK experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify customers about needed work.
• Provide estimates and expected completion times.
• Advise on car care and maintenance schedules.
• Handle customer questions and follow up on repairs.
• Refer leads to sales departments.
