Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Preferred experience in service advisory positions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and document service details.
• Basic automotive knowledge and a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers following procedures.
• Build relationships by identifying concerns and offering service solutions.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to assess service needs.
• Explain service recommendations, costs, timelines and completion dates.
• Secure approvals for services and inspections.
• Prepare repair orders and document service activities in ADP system.
• Coordinate repairs by dispatching work to technicians.
