Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop estimates; write repair orders; maintain customer records.
• Communicate between the customer and technician ensuring understanding of needs.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payment.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtain approvals, and enter RO into the service database.
• Communicate additional repair needs to the customer based on inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
