Job summary

Wilde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Service Advisor in Wisconsin to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and write repair orders using the ADP system while delivering accurate estimates and maintaining upfront pricing.

You will coordinate with technicians, obtain approvals, and guide customers through the service experience, including the Sales 2 Service process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older required.
• Drug-free workplace policy applies.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process with customers.
• Greet customers and identify/offer resolutions to concerns.
• Assess needs with a vehicle walk around and agree on service.
• Write accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
• Provide precise estimates and uphold upfront pricing.
• Obtain approvals for findings and pricing before proceeding.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians and monitor service progress.
• Communicate status to customers during repair/servicing.
• Process payments (cash or credit) for services performed.
• Ensure customers are informed and welcomed through the Sales 2 Service process.
