This role offers commission earnings based on performance and experience, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support dealership operations and customer demand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a service advisor or related role.
• Experience delivering an exceptional service experience to customers.
• Comfortable using dealership software and computers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers following procedures.
• Build positive customer relationships and identify service needs.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and recommend maintenance.
• Explain service options, costs, and timelines.
• Secure approval for services and repairs.
• Prepare repair orders and coordinate with technicians.
• Provide status updates and manage delivery experience.
• Process payments and ensure a seamless Sales-to-Service experience.
