Job summary

Ascendum Machinery in Greenville, NC is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. This full-time position requires coordinating service workflows, communicating with customers, and maintaining service records.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or an associate degree and be capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail. The role involves daily interaction with customers and internal staff, ensuring timely processing of orders, warranty work, and PM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or an associate degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a positive and enthusiastic manner.

• Strong organizational skills and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work branch hours and extended days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete clerical processes for maintaining Service Department Work in process; email, phone or fax work orders and estimates for purchase orders, complete/close warranty work orders, complete/close internal and customer orders.
• Assist in maintaining records of shipping & receiving reports for equipment & attachments.
• Maintain records of equipment inspections, including documentation and pictures.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of branch files including customer equipment sales, work orders, etc.
• Maintain internal and customer equipment PM service logs and monitor CareTrack for scheduling PM services as required.
• Assist with machine and attachment inventory account, with monthly monitoring and required periodic inspections. Assist in coordination for IT maintenance of PCs, phones, printers, copy machines and postal equipment.
• Other duties as may be assigned to meet company goals and objectives.
